No, but I got one step closer the other day. I dug my bow case out from under the bed.  Well you're just as close as I am and I've been several times. I'm seeing deer, it's just hard to pin them down with all the acorns right now. Best crop of acorns I've seen in years. |

Looks like a pretty good sized bear! The buck ain't to shabby either.

Shelia finally got to see the buck on the hoof while hunting a couple of days ago. It came to that exact same spot at the salt lick, sniffed, shook off like a dog, grunted, turned and went straight back where it came from. It was just out of her x-bow range.
If it does that again Sat or Sun he most likely will be dead.
