Man did I eat good over the Holiday weekend and I didn't even gain a pound. Saturday...porterhouses on the grill Sunday....BBQ ribs at Reno's Monday-Burgers and dogs on the grill Last week I had the following....rattlesnake, fried taters, cooked apples and ice cold milk. Y'all can keep the snake as far as I'm concerned! I just don't like the texture of it.

I love em. Seasoned up with some Cajun sprinkle and wrapped in bacon.

I put a whole rear qtr of a yearling I killed last year on the smoker yesterday and cooked it @ 250 for 6 hours.
It was the best thing I have ever cooked.
