Looks good Hunt!
We had grilled pork chops,corn and Sidekick noodles.
Last saturday I sliced up a deer sirloin roast and marinated it all day while me and my nephews were fishing.I grilled it over the coals of the campfire along with corn on the cob and baked potatos.Them young men said they never ate finer vittles.

Recipe:
2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 can of beer
1 can of red beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of diced tomatos
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
2 jalapenos sliced
1 large onion
1 tablespoon salt
A couple of dashes of Tabasco
In a big dutch oven (like the one above), brown your meat and drain. Add onion and cook over a slow heat til onions are soft.
Add garlic and dry ingredients.Mix well. Add beer and remainder of ingredients and simmer 45 minutes.
Bowl it and cover with cheese and a dolup of sour creme. Crazy Red likes it served on top of Fritos.

I ate icecream for supper for the last 4 nights. Its been so darn hot up here I cant stand it. Cant get the house below 82 degrees at night, which makes for a very cranky me.

Hell kip, it was 97* when we left for Santee yesterday.
I ate 3 slimjims, a reece cup, chocolate milk, and a Mtn dew....

Tonight:
Grilled rack of lamb, rosemary potatoes and salad.
I'm havin that over at a friends house. I'm going to meet his new girlfriend that he met on Yahoo Personals. She's makin the taters and me and my buddy are grilling the lamb.
