Im still hung up around 205. Just wondering how yall that were talkin about dropping pounds are doing.

I've actually gained about three pounds............. 218 now. Ask me in a month. I think I can drop the 18 pounds in that length of time.

Dude, when they did a lab draw last weekend at the doctors office, the first vial they filled up was bacon grease and cream gravy.

My diet consists of about 90% MEAT. You need to reduce the meat down to 50% then make the other 50% 25% biscuits 25% gravy. You'll plump up in no time. ;D Oh yeah you might need to increase the Budweiser uptake too!
