190 as of last night. I've went from 218 to 188 back to 208 and back down to 190 in the two months since you posted on this thread! LOL

LOL Well, if you want to get into details...I went down to 146.5 then meetings, b-day party, and Red Lobster in a 2 day stretch put me up in the 150's again, and now back to 148. I am heading to Lake Michigan (fishing and the beach) the last week of July so I will be getting in plenty of cardio in before we leave. Then back to the heavier lifting. 218# to 188# is Biggest Loser numbers. Nice job.

Any of you all still trying to lose? I made it up to 165# and reached a couple of lifting goals (250# bench press and 405# deadlift) and now I'm trying to trim back down. Down to 160# this morning. Abs at 43 ? Hopefully. Well, I'm finished dropping weight. I was trying to see what I would need to get down to in order to see a "6 pack". Right before vacation last week I weighed in a whopping 143#, 29 & 1/4" waist, and maybe a tad under 9% body fat. In order to see a 6 pack I discovered I needed to be under 140#, under 29", and under 8% BF....no thanks. Back to gaining, but this time I will keep the BF% and waist under control. What I have eaten in the last week and a half is down right shameful. 147# and climbing fast.

Still 200ish. Back problems make it hard to maintain... Hard to not gain when ya just lay around on your days off.

Im 190 on the bathroom scales. Probably 200 on the work ones with the tool pouch and steel toes.
