I've got a place down here that's a federal wildlife area LOADED with turkeys. Problem is, it's bowhunting only..even turkeys. I'll probably camp up at my ranch a few days but that place has been pityful lately. I may hunt em hard with the bow on this wma

UPDATE: I've heard turkeys EVERYTIME I've gone out to listen on the fed. wma I was talking about, the bowhunting only one. I even heard one gobble 8 times during duck season. I'm looking into a pop-up blind and two good decoys.....I think I can do this.

Update: This is gonna be harder than I thought. First day I called in two hens followed by a jake. Everytime Dalton would try to draw his bow they would look our way but not really spook. We had em 15 yds but too many eyes. He finally drew quick and that didn't work...lol. That was youth season.
This weekend is my turn, I will be calling and shooting, Dalton will be videoing. Wish us luck, my hopes are not very high...lol
