A couple weeks ago, it ran across the road in front of me and stopped in a driveway and looked back about 25 yds away. What makes me sick is that i didnt even think to take a pic of it with my phone!

While we don't have many, we are starting to see bear sign everywhere. It's a life changing experience to see one in the woods. They are not as threatening as I imagined.
Do yall have a bear season?

We are getting a few here. What the hell? How have we come to have armadillos, pigs, yotes, and now bears in the last few years?

AYSM? I assumed everyone had armodillos, yotes, and hogs. I can see bears not being widespread but the others I thought were everywhere.

we have like a two day season with a 10 bear limit, I could be wrong but it's in the dead of winter and I dont have much interest in it. I'm pretty sure there was only two killed last year. We dont have the dillos or the hogs (maybe some spotty sightings on the hogs that i've heard of) here in the eastern part of the state yet. The yotes have taken over in the last few years, but I remember growing up wondering what they were......

When I lived in Fla I didnt have a BB gun, so I made bows from Palm Fronds and arrows from some of the cactus type bushes and bowhunted the lizards!
