Finally connected on a fat doe yesterday. Its the first deer I have taken with my bow since '08. Anyhow got the Rage 2 blade last year and wanted to see what all the hype was about but never had the chance last year. Well about 10 yesterday morning 3 does come in and the biggest one stopped at 23yrds. She was quartering toward me a liittle and I shot a little foward of where I wanted to but the Rage blew right through the shoulder blade and out just behind the opposite side shoulder. I have to say I am impressed with the exit hole and the blood trail that Ray Charles could have followed. She only went maybe 40yrds or so. I'll post pics later.

My only issue w/ the Rages is that they want to open up while I'm walking to my stand.
Congrats on the deer.

I had to modify the foam in my quiver to stop them from opening. Also I make sure they are closed good whenever I load them on the string. Make on heck of a exit wound.

Can't seem to get the pic. posted. My wife is gone for the next week and she usually does anything like this for me. If someone could post them I would appreciate it.

I almost got to unleash a little Rage in a doe yesterday evening. You know how it goes though, seems like they always turn right before walking into a shooting lane.

Took out another small doe this past Saturday. This season is starting off pretty good but am not seeing the bucks I normally see. Maybe when it gets a little colder.
