Yesterday, I went with some guys from my office to a place in Denton, Tx called Rooster's Roadhouse. On the menu, they have an item called the Hell Burger and that's actually the reason we went there...we're kinda chili heads. So, anyway, this freakin burger has habanero ground into the patty, then it's topped with grilled onions and fresh jalapenos, chipotle peppers and ghost peppers. Now, if you don't know what a ghost pepper is, let me help you out: On the Scoville scale, a Red Savina Habanero = 350,000 - 575,000. A Ghost Pepper or Naga Jolokia (from India and kind of a new comer in the world of heat) = 800,000 - 1,042,000. A jalapeno is in the 5,000 range.
They made us sign a release before they would serve it to us.
The burger was delicious but it was INDEED HOT. It jacked me up for about an hour and I literally drank a gallon of iced tea while we were there.
Next morning? Well, you do the math.

Ya know, I thought it would be much worse than it was. Don't get me wrong, there was some burn but not much worse that eatin a fresh jalapeno. I was also expecting it to be a bit liquidious as some times that happens with very hot things but that floater was a firm one.

eat some ice cream after you eat the burger.
Then sit on the toilet and scream, "come on ice cream"
