I'm getting fired up too. Looking forward to a 10 day elk hunt in mid Sept. Didn't get drawn for moose again  , that's 8 years now. I did however get drawn for mule buck in the zone where I live. Finally get a crack at one of them big boys with a rifle in Nov. |

You gonna shoot another big buck with a mucked-up rack this year rj? Looks like I may be moving to PA, so this year I will have more time to hunt up there. So hoping to pull a bruiser out this year. |

Welp step number one has been made toward moving to PA. Made my way back up to Virginia from Georgia to visit family, help my grandmother around the house, and attend my aunt wedding. Should be leaving here for PA around the 10th of October, which gives me a week of bow hunting here before I head north.

And tomorrow I finish the final stage of my move north, will be settled into my grandfathers house by 6pm tomorrow. Work all week but will either be in a stand saturday or doing some scouting.

Yup it went smooth, been working my tail off so I havent been able to do anything other than watch them through my binoculars. My grandfather and his friends told me there is a nice ten running around so hopefully I can get him and top DS 8pt haha.
