I have 3 carry weapons. I have a Taurus 24/7 OSS in .40 (that's the tactical model) but it's a big gun so I only carry it under a suit coat or a really loose button up shirt that I keep untucked. I have a Taurus PT1911 in .45 which is prolly my favorite because I can rapid fire it and ping everything I aim at....love that gun. And I have a Springfield Micro Compact 1911 in .45. I carry this one more than any other but it's a whole lotta Rosie to handle with a 3 inch barrel.
Funny you talk about the Charter. I was looking a one in .44 spl in a pawn shop that had been there for a couple of weeks and decided to buy it so I went home to "ask permission" and I got it. Went to the bank and withdrew the cash, got to the pawn shop and some other dude was fillin out the paperwork on it. I stayed until it went through and I was prayin that he would be denied.
