Was asked to go to the night shift to cover for the man that got killed. His best friend was also on the shift and is going to be out a couple of weeks.

Killed? On the job? If you mentioned this I missed it.
Do you normally like nights? I work evenings mostly and still can't get used to them.

He hit a deer on his motorcycle the other day. I like nights fine, I had just finally got adjusted to the day time working... I could have said no, bit that has come back to bite me in the past.
