My grandmother's duck gumbo (and I aint a fan of duck)
My mothers side of the family is all from S. Louisiana so there were plenty of odd dishes but at Thanksgiving my Memaw would make duck gumbo.
It was soo good, you could but a dab on your forehead and your tounge would beat your brains out trying to get to it.
