Looking for a new varmint rifle???

I am currently looking for a new varmint rifle, somthing in a .22-250 or possibly a .223 I want some feedback on what yall think is the best choice here. I don't want to spend abunch of money i'm looking for something worth my buck, but at the same time not $800 or more! If yall can just give yalls opinion on this. It would be greatly appreciated.

For the money a Savage cant be beat. They kick more, but are just as accurate as anything out there. And with a small caliber like those I wouldnt think the recoil part would matter at all.

I'll go with DS on this........it's hard to beat a Savage for the price.
