Shelia and I have been working on a new patio area all summer and I decided I wanted a new grill. I was considering the gas/charcoal combo from Lowes, but decided to just buy a small charcoal and use our old gas grill until it dies. Here is a pic breaking in the new grill....striper fillet, shrimp, and corn on the cob. i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm415/storm1507/001-1.jpgLast night was chicken on the gas grill, tonight burgers. But, what I'm really looking forward to is the rack of ribs I have in the freezer.

What kind of seasoning did you use on those ribs Nitro?

The brand is The Spice Hunter and it's called Grill Shakers hickory flavor. I think it's actually a generic version of "Grill Mates" Which I can't find anywhere.
Anne added a little salt and pepper and I smothered it in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

Sweet Baby Ray's goes without saying...that's why I didn't ask about the BBQ sauce. Now I just need time to get em on the grill.

That's bad ass. I like the way they have crossed the grills now. They last longer that way. Did you strip the silk off the corns before you put em out? I have kinda gotten into grilling corn; some people say leave it on but I take it off.

Yeah, pulled the silk off, smothered in butter, zipped em back up.
Striper filet, skin left on, added plenty of Old Bay seasoning.
Shrimp...1 scewer...cajun seasoning, other 2 brushed melted butter/garlic combo on them.
Not too bad. ;D
