I havent been real pleased with the "trophy" club Ive been in. Went and looked another over yesterday. Its 2x as expensive, but has 1/3 more land, and a ton more permanent stands. Also has some pretty oaks. And is about 1/2 the distance from the house as well.

Well i went to pay, and the guy over it said he just got a call from the timber co that owned it. Some rich guy tried to steal the lease from them, but they wouldnt lease it to him since that club had a contract and had been leasing the land since the 70's.... So he said well ill give ya $4mill for the land.... SO..... No hunting club.

The timber company must not be ITT/Rayonier. |
