Mike's fathernlaw caught a small coon in the catch alive. I lat Lady sniff on it and raise hell a little bit then went to a tree and tried to get it out of the cage. Finally got it out of the cage and it was on my leg... Finally had to grab it and toss it beside the tree. After sitting there a minute it climbed up. I got Lady's lead and walked her over to the tree. she was was jumping up on the tree and whining at first, but I finally got to tree a little. Maybe after a couple more she will figure it out.

Glad it was a small one, I wouldn't want a big one on any part of my body.
Kepp working with her and she'll make a good one.
How old is she now?

You don't have some mature dogs for her to run with? That's usually the best way to get a dog going. When they see the other dogs strike and let loose the puppies usually lay on with it.

She is getting pretty old. I think she is 3 now.

I guess that might be the last time... Ive been taking her out of the pen and putting her on a cable in the day time. She pulled her collar off today and split. I got a call right after I saw she was gone, but I couldnt find her where my cousin saw her. Been riding the roads around here looking all day. Guess Ill ride around tonight and see if I can hear her...

Just found her. Was standing on the side of the road about 1/2 mile away like she had been there all day....

A guy at work told me about a dude that has been trapping them and looking for someone to take em. Ill probably go talk to him tomorrow. If I can get a couple I might go get that Redbone I gave grandma too.
