Do deer pay them any attention? Yes they do! One of the ones we put out in Illinois was a black one. It was set up on a trail 15yds from my stand and I got to observe a bunch of deer come into contact with it. After putting it up no deer used that trail again, but still crossed the fence close enough to have a pic taken of them. I watched probably 20 does walk up to it and stare at it, then walk around it.
Before I put it out again Im going to camo it, and the rest of my cams as well. I guess that is why we so often get a pic of a doe staring into the camera...
