120# doe. Shot her with the .270 reloads I just made up. She ran about 50yds, but the blood was good. I normally only get about 20-25' high but for some reason I climbed close to if not 35' today it probably helped me out cause the wind was to them. 7 does came out in all. I couldnt see any bucks behind them so I took the biggest... I actually expected her to drop so I could have a chance at another, but they all ran when she did. I could hear them walking around so I was pretty sure she was down, but it was too thick to see where they were...  By ds11 |
