The first three days of rifle season.

Have been good hunting weather other than the wind and it has been awful. My face feels and looks like I've been laying in the sun for about lets say two weeks.

Saw three does Sat morning before the hurricane hit, nothing yesterday and nada today.
I think I'll let my face heal up till this weekend!

Ionly hunted the first morning w/ my 44 pistol. I didn't see anything, BUT I was snug against a hill and all the wind was above me.

I just dont think the rut has peaked here yet. Atleast that's what I'm hoping.
