Well i first hunt today was the frelix hunt. absolutely nothing. dogs trailed out of the drive and it was dead quiet. I collected my dogs and we turned out again. Whole different story here. i turned loose in the back of a field and i pretty much ran right over a big doe. dogs got on her and ran her to the power line where they missed her. took about a 2 hour break. we went into the gohegan drive and they absolutely grinned the @ss off of one. The deer came by me with about 20 head on'em. my four were running the deer

. the rest had their head stuck in the air. but it added to the excitment. lol. they killed the deer ahead of them which was just a big doe. and Chunk killed a fuzzy head. not a bad day but could have been better

i enjoyed it and i know my hounds did!!!
