Yesterday was our ML opener. Dalton wanted to set by himself for the first time and knew just where he wanted to go, the same spot he killed his first buck two years ago, which was great because it wasn't a long walk for him and I could hunt another spot nearby. Around 8:30 we had just gotten off of the radio with each other when KABLAM! I was pumped, wondering what he had shot. A couple of seconds go by when a calm voice comes across the radio...."Dad..I got em...5 point" It's his first ML deer  |

oh I forgot for the contest...
5 points, we have no way to weigh it but a 2 1/2 year old buck around here usually weighs around 120.
