Was pretty eventful. I had a bobcat come within 15 feet of me before taking off. I think they're one of the most beautiful animals to see in the woods. Then I had a 4pt and two does come in about 35 yards below me. The buck came within 18 yds, but the does had me pinned down and I couldn't make a move.

I don't know, I would rather not get a shot than to get busted and run them out of the state. I was on the ground anyway. I did have a small open shooting lane on the buck at 30 yds and drawed as he was coming toward it. He just kept on walking though. I'm not much on shootin at a moving target either.

Had a 6 pt come by this morning, but I was above a old logging road watching it and the buck came in behind me and went up the ridge. I didn't have any idea of one coming the way it did and it was so thick above me that I had no chance at a shot.
