i leave for extreme northwest north dakota thursday for the duck opener. my first out of state trip for ducks. can't wait to see big flocks of ducks! hopefully shoot a bunch of sharptails too.

Man, it should be prime time up there now. Boy, I miss my duck hunting. If I thought my 11 yr old lab wouldn't have a heart attack retrieving I would give it a shot again this year.
I guess I will wait until I get a new puppy...not in a hurry though. I'm kinda attached to my two old dogs.
