I stuck to my guns and decided not to turkey hunt this Spring and this morning I paid for it. I went out looking for a few mushrooms and after hearing one gobble a few times it started to lure me in.........I worked my way around a old road where I thought it was( it had quit gobbling by this time) and started looking over the hill. I hadn't been there five minutes when I thought I saw a head bobbing fifty yards or so down the hill. I watched as it started making it's way toward the road I was in, and it had another close behind. Well, when I thought it was safe to make my move I moved on around the road to where I thought would be close to where they would come up. I waited for maybe five more minutes and here they came, both longbeards and stood together in a perfect angle for a two for one shot.(something I've never done) All I could do is just sit there and think what could have been, but had I been hunting it probably would have never happened like that. Anyways, y'all make me turkey hunt next year! ;D

Only one per day in KY... I may take my little brother this weekend and may go one day this week. I'm not really interested in taking another one.

Heck no. I give up. The two birds with one shot would have been purely accidental.......I'm not that good of a shot. ;D
