Hi All,
Well a few months ago I brought this a 93 Jeep Cherokee Ltd SE 4.0 Auto:-
Interior
The SE here in the UK has the extras like Electric windows all round, Air Con, electric adjustable seats, Alloy wheels and electric mirrors and this one has full leather upholstry and wood trim.
It had done 83,400 or so miles when I got it and yes it has some faults like a couple of patches of surface rust which need treating and it needs some servicing catching up on. I also think it needs new shocks and possibly rear springs later. Oh and the rar view mirror is missing as is the rear load cover But it drives well and I am getting roughly 22-26 MPG out of it by driving carefully. So far I have put two new tyres on the rear which are general Ameri GS60's in 225/75x15 as they are half the price of the Goodtear Eagles in 225/70x15 which are std fitment here. In a couple of weeks I hope yo get anothet two fitted as funds allow. The Fronts were on the wear marks when I picked it up but the rears were fairly new so using the 4WD is not an option just now until I get teh tyres matched up.
I chose the tyres as it spends most of it's time on the road as my daily driver but will possibly encounter light snow and most likely will have to drive on a couple of unmade farm tracks if I get further permission for some Pigeon shooting. The Generals should cope with that as they are rated for light off road use and light snow. Oh the rotten previous owner pulled the stereo and the CD Multi changer out so I have no sounds .
