We have a problem around here with planting peas. The deer love them so much that if you don't plant 100 acres of them, they never get bigger then 2-3 inches before the deer nip them off OVERNIGHT. Leafy plots work better (greens, rape, etc) but aren't nearly as attractive to deer. Grasses work ok too (wheat, rye, etc) but are even less attractive to deer than the leafy stuff. Planted corn doesn't work well either. The only thing that works as well as peas is a corn feeder! But, here in Ga., that is very regulated (not illegal). I'm mostlyjust venting, but comments are welcome.

Same around here. They do make that stuff you can spray on the plot to let it mature before they eat it, dont know if it works or not though.
