A big shout out to the Chesterfield Wrestling Team as they won three in a row State Championships... And especially a big CONGRATS to Ramwrestler (my youngest boy) 119 lb wrestler WAY TO GO ZACK! Love ya son!!  |

the good thing is we will have 13 of 14 starters back for next year... we have had a wrestling program for 4 years now...the last three teams were State Champs...Zack will wrstle AAU this summer which is freestyle and greco roman...which is alot different than the folk wrestling in High School, but any mat time is good time... He goes every summer to Ken Chertows wrestling camp which is unbelievable...one of the instructors is Kurt Angle...Ken is a gold medalist from the olympics and he really puts them through the paces...the end of the last week of camp Zach is ready to come home.....we are a 1A school and all non conferance matches are against 2,3,and 4A power houses...their final record was 42-5..can you tell yet that I'm one proud pop ;D

yea boi. them ram wrestlers got it done up at newberry. now its time for us boys on the baseball diamond to get a ring too.
