Only got 3 birds. I shot the 16 for the first time and missed more birds than I'm gonna admit to. It shoots real smooth. I just can't hit CRAP with it.....yet. Blew a box and a half.
GO, to the East of the Hickory Creek unit there is sunflowers out the ying yang and who ever was in that field was blowin shells faster than they could cool their guns off. That's where ALL the action was. They did manage to scare the crap out of PLENTY into Hickory Creek for us to shoot at. I REALLY should have come home with 9 birds. I'm a bit disgusted with my lack of ability to hit anything with the new SxS.

) and got 8. The birds were way high coming off a sunflower field. Saturday morning and afternoon we hunted those sunflowers and I limited. Probably about 12 or us on Saturday afternoon and I'd bet we got 100 or so total. Sunday morning I hunted the riverbottom with little Go and we decoyed 3 in and got two of those. We were way late getting down there though. Sunday afternoon was really slow back at the tank and my threesome got 8 total. Monday morning was back in the riverbottom with Little Go again and we got 7. Not a bad weekend all-in-all but I've seen better. I'm exhausted though. I don't know if my feet would let me put those boots back on today.
