Hey, WR....
Is Dales a cajun shake? I like mine the same way, but juuuuuuussst as the start to get done, I roll em around in a bowl of orange marmalade and put em back on the grill to "glaze" over good. Try it like that......I can even get me wife to nibble on em that way.

for eatin' anything but a bluebill but for looks i'd have to say a drake pintail.
hooded meganzers (sp?) are cool lookin' too.
