I'm going after some geese at the lake in the morning regardless. The boat is hooked up and the dekes are loaded.
Am I crazy or just a typical waterfowler? Isn't half the waterfowl game about being wet and cold? ;D
I just hope I don't forget the damn shotgun in the truck again. It would really suck to have to ride back to the landing in the rain.

Here I sit all broken hearted, dressed to hunt and only farted.  It's raining but that's not a problem. Three of the four bridges I have to cross to get to the landing are iced over. I have to work 0630-1830 the rest of the week and my kid is having a birthday party Saturday so this may be the end of my season. |

Here is the boat loaded for hunting and covered in ice.  Here is what happened right after I backed up the boat beside the garage. A limb missed it by 6 inches!  Me and the kid tried to play some basketball but everything was just too frozen!  |

Het SH you remember that bridge across the lake right before my house? You should have been with me on the way home from work yesterday AM ;D Stopped in the middle and went through all 4 gears before the truck moved ;D I love the 460 this time of year  |
