Maybe running the birds through a plucker then using the wax?

I'd feel like I was stealing something if I didn't do it the old fashioned way and do it by hand. ;D It sounds like it would work but it sounds like work too! Try it out for us and let us know bro. You're the one the gets the most chances to clean a duck or goose.

we do that with our turkeys and chickens..minus the wax. we have an old metal tub thing outback that we fill with water and then start a fire underneath it.....takes a lil while to boil but once it's boiling all we do is dunk then for about 2 minutes....smaller birds shouldn't take that long.....after the dunkin' we start pluckin' and they just fall out...it's awesome. it SUCKS to pluck a dry bird once you've done this.
