A lot of people that plan on supporting Bush do not plan to vote in the primaries in states that have closed primaries because there is no Republican challenger.
Or if you live in a state that has open primaries and you are a Bush supporter do you plan to go and vote in the Democrat primary and vote against John Kerry or Howard Dean, etc...?
I'll be voting in my primary because there are always local issues on the ballot and going to the polls is the right thing to do.
