Man, they loose any chance of someone "sitting on the fence" to vote for them. What a LUDACRIS, OFF THE WALL statement by this moron. It makes me want to keep kicking him in the nuts til lottery tickets come out of his ass. And THEN.......read what Albright says at the bottom of this article.....AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHH HOW DID THEY EVER MAKE IT INTO POLITICS? After Saddam's capture last weekend, Washington Democratic Rep. Jim McDermott made the charge that Bush staged it to win points at home. Colleague Rep. Norman Dicks, D-Wash., scolded McDermott for the comment, and the White House said it would not address such charges. "I don't think I have to dignify every ridiculous comment that's made out there," White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan said. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist predicted political fallout would follow Saddam's capture. Frist, R-Tenn., said some Democrats would readjust and adopt new strategies, even to the point of diminishing the significance of Saddam's capture. Political strategists have added that conspiracy theories do nothing to help the political debate, and warned Democrats to be careful in their allegations. "Maybe [McDermott] is trying to be coproducer with Oliver Stone of his next conspiracy movie," said James Lake, a former adviser to President Reagan. "It certainly fits into that category and I think -- to go a step further -- I think former Secretary of State Madeline Albright is walking on very thin ice here to suggest that the president already has Usama bin Laden captured."

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!!
AND.....JUST FOR THE RECORD, I HOPE HE DOES!!
Wednesday, December 17, 2003 WASHINGTON — Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright (search) insisted Wednesday that she was just kidding when she wondered aloud whether the Bush administration is holding Usama bin Laden (search) captive, waiting to break him out at the best political moment.
It was a "tongue-in-cheek comment and was not intended in any other way," Albright told Fox News.
But witnesses to Albright's comment said the ambassador did not appear to be joking Tuesday when she suggested President Bush may reveal bin Laden's capture as an "October surprise" (search) before next November's presidential election.
Albright was in the Fox News studio's green room waiting to appear on an evening program when she made the remark.
"She said, 'Do you suppose that the Bush administration has Usama bin Laden hidden away somewhere and will bring him out before the election?'" said Fox News analyst and Roll Call executive editor Mort Kondracke. "She was not smiling."
Two makeup artists who prep the guests before their appearances also reported that Albright did not ask her question in a joking manner.
Democrats have long attacked Bush for his conduct in the war on terror, but conspiracy theories are gaining in frequency. Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean, a presidential candidate, has several times suggested that Bush was told in advance of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks by Saudi Arabia.
After Saddam's capture last weekend, Washington Democratic Rep. Jim McDermott (search) made the charge that Bush staged it to win points at home.

Here's MORE!!......
..."President Bush had advance knowledge about 9/11".
Asked if he thought the weekend capture was timed to help Bush, McDermott chuckled and said: "Yeah. Oh, yeah."
Read the part where McDermot says Saddam can be trusted.
This is crazy.
Tuesday, December 16, 2003 WASHINGTON — The Washington congressman who criticized President Bush while visiting Baghdad last year has questioned the timing of the capture of deposed Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.
Rep. Jim McDermott (search), D-Wash., told a Seattle radio station Monday the U.S. military could have found Saddam "a long time ago if they wanted." Asked if he thought the weekend capture was timed to help Bush, McDermott chuckled and said: "Yeah. Oh, yeah."
The Democratic congressman went on to say, "There's too much by happenstance for it to be just a coincidental thing."
When interviewer Dave Ross asked again if he meant to imply the Bush administration timed the capture for political reasons, McDermott said: "I don't know that it was definitely planned on this weekend, but I know they've been in contact with people all along who knew basically where he was. It was just a matter of time till they'd find him.
"It's funny," McDermott added, "when they're having all this trouble, suddenly they have to roll out something."
State Republicans immediately condemned McDermott's remarks, saying the Seattle Democrat again was engaging in "crazy talk" about the Iraq war (search).
"Once again McDermott has embarrassed this state with his irresponsible ranting," GOP state Chairman Chris Vance said in a news release. "Calling on him to apologize is useless, but I call on other Democrats to let the public know if they agree with McDermott -- and Howard Dean (search), who recently said he thought it was possible that President Bush had advance knowledge about 9/11. The voters deserve to know if the entire Democratic Party believes in these sorts of bitter, paranoid conspiracy theories (search)."
Last year, Vance and other Republicans labeled McDermott "Baghdad Jim" for comments he made during a trip to Baghdad that President Bush "would mislead the American people" but that Saddam could be trusted.
On Monday, Democrats joined the criticism of McDermott.
"With all due respect to my colleague, that is a fantasy," Rep. Norm Dicks, D-Wash., said of McDermott's comments. "That just is not right. ... It's one thing to criticize this administration for having done this war. I mean, that's a fair question. But to criticize them on the capture of Saddam, when it's such a big thing to our troops, is just ridiculous."
McDermott, in a telephone interview with The Associated Press, called the timing of Saddam's capture suspicious but said he was not alleging it had been intentionally delayed.
"Everything was going wrong, and they got a real Christmas gift, if you will, in that the troops did a magnificent job and found" Saddam, he said.

While I agree 100% with yall, me and my cus always joked about how the admin was going to play "where's Waldo" with Osama for excuses to go here and there.
Like I have been saying the Democrats are probably the best thing going for the Libertarian Party. They damn sure aint doing themselves no favors. I wonder where the Dixiecrats will be in a few more years. They are divergent with both the Reps and Libs on quite a few things and the National Democratic Party has all but moved off of their scopes.

A Southern Party Candidate could probably sweep Georgia's next Gubenatorial election. There are a bunch of PO'd rednecks where the flag is concerned. The teachers ain't too happy either (Sonny lied about a raise).
