I like mine smoked shortly and then grilled over hickory or mesquite.
To season, I use McCormicks Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning, alittle Tony C's and finely ground red pepper. I put 2 pats of butter on each side while grilling.
I like medium to medium rare.

I like Worcestershire sause,garlic,s&p or Montreal steak spice.Grilled over coals until medium rare.Also like to slather it in hickory or mequite BB'Q sause for something different.By the way that's for beef steak,if it's game I like garlic and dash of sage with s&p cooked the same way.

As long as it has peppers, onions, and LOTS of shrooms I don't care.
