And I like a dash of Tabasco in the egg dredge.

Out of the water and into a hot skillet full of bacon fat, seasoned with S&P,simple but tastey. I did them that way for my wife when we were on our honeymoon,a week long camping trip ;D.I caught six brook trout in the ten inch size range, gutted them and cooked like mentioned above. They practically flip themselves over when they hit the fat Had to almost fight her just so I could get a couple for myself.

I'm not a big fish eater but anything fried in pork fat has got to be good....lol and I think Nitro needs to take us for a week long camping trip.. It's been awhile since we have had a hot breakfast fixed over a fire and then just sit and listen to nature while the coffee is brewing....

I knew it might be a bad idea to let her join. .........Now what if she wants to go camping during rifle season!

Well, it would depend on what type of fish we're talking about. If it were some Blugills or something like that I'd have to go with hunt4fun. If it were a little brook trout or a walley I'm going to go almost with Blue Northern... except I'm using some butter with those trout(and maybe some bacon fat to). The walleyes are crisco or butter. Ocean fish gets baked with some fancy recipe or crab stuffing or something like that. My favorite fish I guess is a little brookie and next would be the walleye and then a native northern bullhead. I think you Canadians call them mudpouts or something like that.
