My mom is going in to have one of her Kidneys removed. They are also going to take the tube to her bladder and a small section of the bladder. There is a growth on her kidney they think is cancer. They didnt have enough cells to be sure when they did a biopsy 2 weeks ago. At the same time another doctor is going to come in and do some exploratory surgery on her to try to find out where a chronic pain on the opposite side is coming from.... Ill probably be back on tomorrow night. She has to be at the HP at 6am.

They said everything went well. They also said she probably wouldnt be awake today, so after the surgery I came home to let the dogs out for a bit.

I just got home, I stopped by after work. She seemed to be doing as well as can be expected.

I just got home. Dad said he didnt sleep much so I stayed up there for about 7 1/2 hrs after workin all night... They said she will probably come home tomorrow if everything goes like it has been going.
Also the results came back and it is/was cancer. They didnt say what kind.

She came home yesterday. She has been walking around the house a fair bit and said she is feeling decent.
