The folks here in NW Fl. came through Dennis alot better off than was expected. Some structural damages closer to where the center made landfall. Talked with some relatives that live in Gulf Breeze, Pensacola and just east of Navarr and the had minimal damage. My mom is still without power but it should be back on today. I had a tree down in the yard but need to cut it anyhow. The worst part of the storm was right on the beaches and now the inland flooding so throw a prayer up for those folks dealing with that. Please throw a prayer up for my mom also as we lost my dad Sunday morning to enphesima and conjustive heart failure. Mom is a real trooper, bad enough loosing your husband but then having to sit around the house in the middle of a hurricane with no electricity for a couple of days and most of my brothers and sisters had to wait till Monday to get here as well as other family and friends, but she never complained and has held up great. Sorry this is so long, been a rough couple of days but we made it through and will pick up the pieces and move on.
