what is your definition of the perfect huntin bow? I'll go first (1) I like a longer a/a bow. I'm currently shootin a 37" a/a bow, but will probly go back to a 40 or 41" a/a on my next one. (2) smooth draw is a biggie (3) I like a fairly lightweight bow 3.8 to 4 lb bare bow (4) I like a fairly fast bow, around 260 270 fps. (5) one that's quiet, another biggie. (6) a slim grip, preferably rubber. (7) and one that will drive tacks what's your definition of the perfect bow?

don't really know...i guess it'd have to be lightweight/small,fast,and quiet. the bow i have now is only 2.5lbs and it's fast so i'm happy with mine. wish it'd look cooler but don't really care as long as it's dependable.

I hate to say it, but looks go along way with me. The main reason I bought my Buckmaster was I thought it looked cool.

One that fits me good and feels good and is quite. Speed, ata length and every thing else are secondary if it feels right and is accurate.

The name Mathews on the limbs? ;D
Naw, I like a short ata bow- it just suits me better in the stand. I hate alot of recoil in a bow, and a comfortable grip is also important to me.

In a compound i like small , light , weight , quite , fast , all the above ;D I shoot a long bow now , but my wife has got a rackmaster light from buckmasters , 2.5 lbs , quite , fast , All i can say is bad to the bone , ( and i shoot last at the target so my arrows are still in tack when we get done ) ;D

A smooth, quiet bow about 37 to 38 inches a to a........it helps to be fairly quick also.

Well BO... if you like your Darton Maverick and want something just as good with a longer axle to axle... by the DArton Cyclone. It's not called that anymore I don't think... but it's longer axle to axle, dual cam, same smooth draw... target shooters dream. Here's my latest...it's light, longer, etc etc

Lighweight, well balanced, and quiet. Sort of like my wife. Minus the lightweight part.
