i have a pse too.....liked my browning waaaay better but the limb shattered when my buddy pulled back.i was going to take the pse back but ended up killin' a doe first time out so for sentimental reasons i'm keepin' it. wish your wife the best of luck....she'll have a blast. you're a good man for opening a whole new world for her. ;D

she was doing perty good with it untill she straind her arm.
she got a little scared of it.
so we went to and older recerv that i had when i was a kid she is shoting it farly well. and tryes to shot the compound at the end of the pratice session.
i dont pusher at all we are going at her pace if she is ready next bow seasion fine if not fine.
we have ducessed when she will be ready what we have come up with is when she can put the arows in a 9in circial at 20yds at least 8 out of 10 shots on a rugualr bacies.
if it takes a few years for her to fill cofortible using a bow thats fine.
we got her in to it for the fun of it any way.
BTW our doughter helps us pratice with her bow.
its one of the kid kits you know the little 10 lbs recerve kits. she is actualy good at it
its a realy fun family outing and one of the best times i have had.
hey all you dads out there give it a try if your kids and wife are intersted.
dont push them into it like some of my frinds have tryed just offer to take them. you might have to ask a few time but you will be suprised just how many will take you up on it to spend time with you donings something you love to do. "ok i am off my soap box"

she'll get used to it and when she starts nailin' her targets she'll really get into it.....patience is good ....if you push you may push her completely out of wanting to use a bow and that wouldn't be good. glad to hear your daughter's gettin' into it also. before you know it they'll both be out shootin' you. ;D
