I'll be camping this weekend and the cove we camp in still has whites hitting the surface. The weather here is awesome.....81 today and 79 tomorrow.
Water temp is 71-72.
I'm taking my rod out to pop a few. Let's hope it works out in my favor.

Casting has much improved.  Still not getting the distance I really want. I went out Friday, shad were hitting the surface in a boiling frenzy. I packed 2 of my cat rods and no others. I can't believe I left the fly rod at home.  |
