An ad from PeTA was rejected by CBS for the SuperBowl. It insinuated that consumption of meat led to male impotency. CBS rejected the $2 million ad on the grounds that they do not accept any ads from advocacy groups during this event.

I eat lots of dead animals and my wife will surely verify the FACT that I am NOT impotent.

PeTa was gonna pay $2 million for a commercial? Imagine how much dog food that would have bought for the local animal shelters...

They wouldn't tell them we don't take ad's from political extremist/terrorist organizations. I guess it's a start though.

I sent an email to the feedback section of CBSsports.com . Here is the content.
As a member of the hunting community, I would like to thank CBS for NOT airing commercials from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals during the Super Bowl. This extremist terror group uses any means nessecary to stop ALL human use & contact with animals (even pets). Please continue your policy of denying these radicals access for their propaganda.
Hope others will send similar emails
