by way of Los Angeles. My wife's nephew got married in Vegas Saturday night and little Go was the flower girl. The best man passed out in the middle of the ceremony and had to be carried out... that was pretty funny. Too much partying, not enough sleep, and it was too hot in that chapel. And then the wedding party saw Brittany Spears after her "wedding" at a bar at the top of the Palms.
I lost about $150 Friday night at the craps table and then almost won it back Saturday morning downtown. By the time we left, I was down about $200 - not bad and less than I had figured I'd lose. I also suffered from a lack of sleep, but I kept the adult beverages to a minimum.
Chicago weather delayed everything and we couldn't get home Sunday night. Wound up convincing the ticket agent to send us to LA because I knew we could get out of there on Monday. The plane was 5 hrs late and we got to LA about 11:00 Sunday PM. Finally got home last night about 10:30. I'm really dragging it today.
