How it's done:
He takes away all the cards and replaces them with the other case suits so not only your card (and the only one you are looking for) is gone but all of em are. He doesn't give you time to focus on that. Pick two kings for example and you will see neither is there but the remaining two kings in the deck are. Hence the illusion.
