It's a proboards issue and SH has addressed it with them a few times in the past.
It ain't gonna go away.

It is especially troublesome in the afternoon. It's caused by the traffic to all the MB's on the server ours is on. You might be the only one on here and you can get that message. What it means is all the other Proboards forums that we share a server with are very busy. Like H4F said I've talked to Proboards about it and they basically said "that's just the way it is".
