Worst part of that is some stupid athletic director will hire him next year and we'll have to put up with him in college football again. Oh well maybe he'llgo back to UF so Mr. Bowden can whip up on him some more.

 i'll be still be a diehard redskins fan. i think he's just gonna retire so he can spend more time in florida playin' golf and enjoying the time he has with his family.

That's where he was (playing golf in Fl) when he himself got the word that he resigned. His inital response was he didn't resign but later learned his agent had done it for him. Guess he gave him the OK to work it out and it was reported before he found out.

i saw that to,i bet fl will fire zook and get spurrier back, from what i hear he still has a home in gainesville. i hope he goes back to coaching the gators.

that would be beyond awesome...may even start going to the games again if that happens ;D...at least some of them ;D...but i don't think he'll do it because he's already proven himself with the Gators but has yet to conquer the NFL....that's why i'm thinkin' he's gonna just retire and play golf.

I really don't think he will retire. He has way too many options and can still make some good money coaching. I think he will probably go with a different college team and coach so he can prove his self there. JMO
If I had his money I would be satisfied just retiring and enjoyin life.

He has nothing to prove at the college level, he was great, just doesn't understand the NFL. If I were in the position to recuite him at a college you can bet I would try my darnest to sign him.
