have any of y'all heard that dip (skoal,etc) has fiberglass in it?
a coworker finally got me to try one of his dips last nite and then proceeded to tell me that it had fiberglass in it....it was something called High Country....NASTY NASTY NASTY stuff.

I smoked for about 30 years, gave that up 18 months ago...I even used to have a cigar maybe once a year....but for the life of me, I could never, ever bring myself to use dip.....that is nasty stuff !!!  |

Yeah I have heard that and I believe it. Have you ever noticed that the people who dip copenhagen arte so hooked on it. They I believe put micro fiberglass in it to cut the gum and inside the mouth to get all the nicotine in you that much faster. Why would any woman want to take a dip?  That crap is nasty no matter if it a man or a doing it. Yuk Yuk!  |

I hadn't heard that, but it was probably started by a dentist - or my wife. ;D "You've got that $#!* in your mouth again?"
I've dipped for 15 or so years. Used to dip Copenhagen then Skoal, but now I'm buying Grizzly at about $2 a can and Skoal, etc is about $4.50.
Actually I quit for about a month once and I thought Ms Go was going to go out & buy it for me just to get me to shut up.

Why would any woman want to take a dip? i'm not your typical woman...lol and it's not something i do everyday. copehagen pouches are what i prefer if i'm gonna do it. |

Once again this is an urban legend started about 20 years ago. I have ran the gambit from Cope to Skoal to Wolf and I have finally decided on Gold River as my favorite. So what if is the same company that makes Swisher Sweets, I could probably pull a stogie apart to get it!!!

Can't handle the stuff anymore. Stealthunter I dipped Gold River years ago and it was pretty good haven't seen it around here lately but then again I haven't really looked either!  |

I give almost a dollar a can for the Grizzly here.
It is a good alternative for Cope even if it's not a safe alternative to cigarettes. ;D

It may cause gum disease and tooth loss! Also, it may cause mouth cancer. Something is going to kill me so hopefully it will be something that I enjoy. ;D
