Pros and Cons of Remington's 870P?

For a couple of days, I have been saving up for a first-class ammo item, and my recent choice is like www.gunscout.com/eauction/ShowGoodsInfoDescription.do?goodsId=31298 ;D
There are still some more days left for the bidding, but I might be able to get it on a reasonable price. Has anyone of you used an ammo item like this b4? What can be the pro’s and cons of purchasing this one?

WOW.....$1200 + for a 870?

Sounds a bit pricey. It's a nice gun but you could build one ( www.cheaperthandirt.com ) for WAY less than the asking price for that one. Granted, it won't be that factory gem that is being auctioned but you will save enough to break in the barrel real good.
