Hopefully, here is the pic of my buddies 22-250 that I camo'd for him. I was pretty happy with the way it turned out, and he was shickled titless. He's already to hunt coyotes now.

H4, its pretty easy. You just have to spray whatever color you want as your base color, then use natural leaves/ferns/boughs as a stencil, and lightly spray over them, when they are held up against the gun. Use whatever colors blend in best for the time of year you will be using it. I have done a few guns now, and each one gets better and better. I still have a few more to do for friends yet. Make sure you use good paint, and sand the heck out of the gun. Krylon makes a great camo paint, and thats what I use. My shotgun has been put through 6 years of hell, and it aint flaked off yet.
