I know the make the replacement butt pads. I have one on my 7 mm.
What barrell thing are you talking about and what is it susposed to do?

Its supposed to act similar to a BOSS and reduce the barrel vibration making tighter groups.

I picked up a box of .260s and a box of 117grn Hornady Light Magnum .25-06s this AM. Im going to try to make it to the range tomorrow to test it.
